Vocabulary is part of the system: use Demand, Signal, Opportunity, Qualification. The word "lead" does not appear anywhere in product UI or copy.
Scores use tabular numerals and rings, never gauges or dials. The ring fills clockwise from 12 o'clock; Emerald above threshold 80, Indigo between 60–79, neutral below.
Every screen shows the system thinking: scores, confidence, provenance. Nothing arrives unexplained.
